Jeremy Waine

Jeremy is a senior investment and strategy professional with over 25 years of experience across law, banking, and investment management. He has held leadership roles at UBS, CBA, Westpac, and GE Capital, advising major Australian corporates on strategic transactions, equity investments, and joint ventures. He was previously Chief Investment Officer at Bickham Court Group and Head of External Investments at CBA. Jeremy is currently Treasurer and Board Member of the Children’s Medical Research Institute and sits on several advisory boards, including Sinorbis and Neeon. He holds Commerce and Law degrees from UNSW, a Graduate Diploma in Applied Finance, and has completed executive programs at MIT and AGSM.
Andrew Silberberg

Andrew is a Sydney-based investor, advisor, and company director with a background in law and cross-border transactions. He was formerly a partner and head of corporate at Arnold Bloch Leibler, with earlier roles at Freehills and Clifford Chance. His clients have included Reuters, Woodside, CBA, and Tabcorp. Since 2016, he has focused on investing in and advising early-stage and growth businesses, with experience in capital raising, structuring, and strategic partnerships in both Australia and the U.S. Andrew is Managing Director of SWG Capital and has worked in the U.S., U.K., and Switzerland. He holds degrees from Monash University and the London School of Economics.

Cameron is an experienced M&A advisor, founder, and business consultant with a background across Australia and the United States. He has successfully closed transactions across various industries, with a focus on professional services, essential services, technology, and manufacturing. Cameron is also a co-founder and partner of a valuation and advisory firm serving clients in both countries. His experience gives him a strong understanding of business value drivers and how to position businesses for sale effectively. He brings direct operational experience from leading several small to medium-sized businesses and has consulted on growth strategies, turnarounds, restructures, and operational improvements. Cameron holds an MBA (with distinction), specialising in Corporate Finance and International Business, and a Bachelor of Business.
