Craig is the founder and CEO of Succession Plus, with more than 25 years’ experience advising business owners. A CPA with two master’s degrees and a doctorate focused on SME exit strategies, Craig is a recognised authority on succession, value acceleration, and employee ownership. He leads the overall direction of the business and continues to drive innovation in how we support owners in building and realising value.

Ivy manages the operations of Succession Plus, working across teams to ensure everything runs smoothly and efficiently. She coordinates internal systems, supports adviser delivery, and leads key projects across marketing, events, and content development. Ivy plays a central role in shaping the client experience, making sure our services are well organised and easy to access.

Karnig is responsible for leading our sales efforts, working closely with the advisory and marketing teams to connect with business owners and guide them through the early stages of engagement. He focuses on building strong relationships, qualifying leads, and helping ensure the right fit between clients and services. Karnig brings energy and structure to our sales process, helping more businesses access the support they need.

Iraj supports Succession Plus across a range of administration, marketing, and sales activities. She maintains CRM data, assists with content creation, and helps manage our communications and social media to boost brand awareness. Iraj plays an important role in supporting marketing campaigns, coordinating sales activity, and keeping administrative processes on track.
