(now KPMG), Mike brings a unique financial perspective. Having served on the boards of domestic corporations and the US subsidiary of an international publicly held corporation, Mike is a seasoned professional with a comprehensive background in the financial advisement industry.

Doug is a native of Wooster, Ohio. He received his B.A. degree from Northwestern University and his J.D. degree from The Ohio State University. For two years after Law School, he served as a Law Clerk to a Judge on the United States Court of Appeals. Since then, he has been engaged in the private practice of law with Critchfield, Critchfield & Johnston, Ltd. in its Wooster office. His practice was quite broad in scope but focused largely on corporate and tax, including Mergers & Acquisitions, Estate Planning and Commercial Real Estate transactions. Doug has been quite active in his community, including many years of service as a Trustee of the Wayne County Public Library and Board member of Habitat for Humanity in Wayne County.
