Ownershift-1-1: The Next Level in Ownership Culture

When businesses grow, the most powerful lever isn’t a new product but a workforce that thinks and acts like  owners. OwnerShift+™ is our practical pathway to build that mindset, earn recognition through the Employee-Owned+™ mark, and make the value impact visible through Dynamic Revaluation

Ownershift-3-1

OwnershipMindset+™ is about cultivating a culture of transparency, accountability, and profit. Employees are empowered to take responsibility for their actions and decisions, treating the business as if it were their own. This mindset is built through education, open-book management, and incentive plans that align individual success with business outcomes.

Key Features:

  1. Strategic workshops and education modules
  2. Open communication and regular “huddles” for performance review
  3. Incentive plans tied to real business metrics

Ownershift-5

Employee-Owned+™ is the certification and mark that signals your business’s commitment to shared ownership. Earning the Employee-Owned+™ mark means your team has met rigorous criteria for ownership culture, and you can showcase this achievement to attract talent and build customer trust.

Key Features:

  1. Certification process with clear benchmarks
  2. Market-facing recognition (logo, mark, digital badge)
  3. Employer branding and recruitment support

Dynamic Revaluation Logo

Dynamic Revaluation is the ongoing process of measuring and communicating business value improvements. Through regular reporting and transparent metrics, you can demonstrate the tangible impact of your ownership culture on enterprise value.

Key Features:

  1. Monthly or quarterly valuation updates
  2. Dashboard and reporting tools
  3. Integration with incentive and share plans
  4. Guidance as to the most impactful value drivers

The OwnerShift+™ journey in four steps:

  1. Diagnose: See what’s really driving (or blocking) value - We assess culture and value drivers using targeted surveys and a Business Insights Report - a practical baseline that informs what to do next and how to prioritise.

  2. Activate: Turn insight into ownership behaviours - Through the EO Academy, hands on workshops, and tailored incentives, your people learn and practice ownership behaviours in the context of your strategy and metrics.

  3. Earn the mark: Make your ownership visible - When you meet the criteria, you’ll achieve the Employee -Owned+™ certification, signaling to employees, candidates and customers that your culture is built on shared ownership.

  4. Operate: Sustain momentum and measure value - We help you keep the flywheel turning with mySharePlan (to run your share plan cleanly) and Dynamic Revaluation™ (to track the valuation impact of what you’re doing). This is where ownership thinking becomes operating rhythm, and where you see the numbers move.

How OwnerShift+™ connects to your broader growth and succession goals

If you’re planning (or already running) an Employee Share Ownership Plan (ESOP), OwnerShift+™ provides the cultural and operating system around it - the training, incentives and measurement that make equity meaningful day to day, not just an annual HR event. The Business Insights Report baseline and ongoing Dynamic Revaluation™ together give boards and founders line of sight from behaviours → operating results → enterprise value.

What makes OwnerShift+™ different

  • It’s practical. We start with your current reality via the Business Insights Report and prioritise the few actions that matter most.
  • It’s visible. The Employee-Owned+™ mark lets stakeholders see your commitment instantly and consistently.
  • It’s measurable. Dynamic Revaluation™ converts cultural progress into valuation trends you can present to your board, bankers, or buyers.
  • It sustains. With mySharePlan, the mechanics of share plans and incentives stay clean and compliant while the culture keeps compounding.

Who benefits most?

  • Founder led businesses preparing for succession or partial exit, who want to retain key people and lift valuation before a transaction.
  • Growth companies facing hiring competition, who need a compelling, authentic employer brand backed by Employee-Owned+™ recognition.
  • Professional services and project based firms where value depends on people making owner level decisions every day, and where small behaviour shifts move big dollars.

OwnerShift+™ creates a culture where ownership thinking becomes second nature driving engagement, unlocking potential, and turning everyday decisions into lasting value. With the Employee-Owned+™ mark and Dynamic Revaluation™, you make your progress visible, measurable, and celebrated.
